Sage launches Spindle Professional Software in Asia
Business Software cuts costs for SMEs through automated document management
SINGAPORE, 21 August 2012 - Sage Asia, a subsidiary of The Sage Group plc, today announced the launch of Spindle Professional in Singapore and subsequently Asia, in partnership with software developer, Draycir. The Windows printer driver software offers small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) a solution to automate and streamline document management within the company for better Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Spindle Professional automates the collation, archiving, indexing and retrieval of documents from the CRM system. The automation of such processes eliminates the need for tedious paperwork and increases productivity of the administrative staff. Spindle Professional saves and stores company documents in a secure and centralised location, allowing auditing and control tasks to be carried out more efficiently. Convenient retrieval of customer information enables the sales department to better handle queries, and thus communicate more effectively with customers. Various departments such as Sales and Inventory can now be instantly notified via email when an order is processed. The customer then receives the order confirmation electronically - complete with terms and conditions and digital signatures for added security. Logos and promotional messages can also be included in the order confirmation document for corporate branding purposes.
